I started my business in hopes of helping other women of all ages find true beauty within themselves & build up their confidence. As a woman I know how hard & stressful some days can be. So I find it really important to have a self care day. I truly believe self care should never be an options. With that being said, I want to give my clients a luxury services with high quality, vegan & cruelty free products. As I always want my clients to leave feeling pampered, stress free & beautiful after every service. Cancellation Policy
No Show
No show appointments will be charge 50% of the cost of the service(s) you had booked that day. This policy is set as I would not be able to fill the appointment time last minute.
Cancellations
I understand unfortunate events happen and other things come up that you may need to cancel your appointment. I ask that you give me at least 24 hours notice so I can adjust my schedule accordingly and accommodate to other clients. Cancel appointments less than 24 hours will charged 20% of the cost of the service(s) you had booked that day. Unless a reschedule appointment is made.
Rescheduling
You will not be charged the 20% of the service(s) cost if you reschedule within 10 days of the canceled appointment. If you need to reschedule please contact me or reschedule online at least 24 hours prior to your appointment date to avoid the cancellation fee. Please keep in mind when rescheduling within those 10 days your deposit will carry over if your book within that time.
